立井穿厚黄土T形钢挂壁支护方案的应用

摘要:

皮里青矿井立风井普通法施工表土段过程中,所揭露地层为松散型厚黄土,稳定性极差,为保证该段井筒的安全施工,考虑施工的可操作性,项目建设的经济性等问题,通过研究、探索及现场试验,首次采用T形钢水平锲入黄土,挂牢井壁的施工方案,并得到现场施工效果的有效验证,为立井采用普通法施工过厚黄土段的支护方式提供了可行的技术方案。

Abstract:

In the process of shaft belonged to PiLiQing coal throughing the soil layer adopted the ordinary method , the formation revealed is loosed thick loess, poor stability, in order to ensure the safety of construction of this section, in combination with the construction operation, economic and other aspects, through research, experiment and field, for the first time using T-steel inserted into the construction scheme of loess, hang tight hole, and to validate the actual effect of construction the technical scheme, provides feasible construction of to through the thick loess by the ordinary method.
